Back in the day, when we were up to no good. The police periodically would try to sneak upon us. So if someone saw them coming in the distance, they would yell out "Blue Light!" And everyone in the area would get a heads-up that po-po was coming through. This one is dedicated to Aby and all my Poe Park family!
